Thomas Lamprecht 838e0632f7 d/control: break libpve-http-server-perl (<< 4.0-3) ...

commit e4d56f096e removes a `sleep 1`
hack for removal of a tempfile which earlier happened in the
pve-http-server but we do ourself now.
